How soon can you start my project?
Project start dates depend on scope, permitting, and current schedule. After an initial consultation, we provide a timeline that outlines design, approvals, and mobilization so you know exactly when work begins.
How do I get the needed materials for my project?
Here at Foss Masonry, we make the process simple. First, we’ll work with you to choose the right type of stone- the color, style, and texture that best fits your project. Once the selection is made, we place the order directly through our trusted suppliers. From there we handle everything: securing the exact materials we need, getting them on time, and bringing them to the jobsite. That way, you don’t have to worry about a thing-and we can guarantee the right stone ends up in the right place at the right time.
What payment options do you offer?
We ask for a 50% deposit when your project begins, which allows us to reserve materials and schedule your build. The remaining balance is due at completion, ensuring you only pay in full once the work is finished. Larger projects will be contracted for an agreed upon draw schedule. Financing is available.
